To Good to be True?
I always love finding the best of the best deals, so what better place to look than Amazon! I debated back and forth for months, wether or not I should actually purchase clothes from Amazon. The to good to be true prices surely were going to equal to low quality pieces. And some were just that…low quality. But to my surprise, I found some amazing pieces, that I really loved!
First off, how freaking cute is this dress? I love it with the boots and cardi to transition from Winter to Spring. Or Im totally picturing it with a cute jean jacket and sandals during the summer! This dress will be worn over and over again, and the best part…it was only $18.99!
Unfortunately this dress just didn’t hit the mark. I love the flower print, and when I ordered it, I thought it would be perfect for our upcoming beach getaway. But boy was I wrong! And the strap broke when I pulled it over my head! Cheap quality, and not flattering.
I love the idea of a corduroy overall jumper dress. However this one is so cheaply made it feels like it will fall apart in the washer. So in true Karen fashion, I will still be out hunting for the best deal on this style!
The first thing that comes to my mind is the FRIENDS episode where Ross is stuck in the bathroom with his leather pants… yep thats me in these pants. It was a true workout to get these bad boys off! As far as faux leather leggings go, these are definitely faux! Im not sure what was worst, the swooshing sound as I walk, or the thinness of the material.
Isn’t this the most adorable top you’ve ever seen? I love the stripes, I love the fringe details, and I love the fun pops of color without it being to much! This is the perfect spring and summer shirt.
Woah, wait…another striped shirt! Yes, Im drawn to stripes, so much that I already had an almost identical shirt in my closet, and didn’t realize it until I put this on. Moral of the story, I would 100% be keeping this, if I didn’t already have it! This material is so soft and stretchy. Good quality for a great price!
Give me all the ruffles! This top is so soft, and so flattering. I love how its tighter on the wrist, and bells out giving it a cute sleeve detail that you don’t see very often. You can dress this down with a cute pair of distressed denim, or dress it up for the office. Definitely a keeper!
And last, but definitely not least this white, orange, and grey color blocked sweater. This is by far my favorite amazon find! Its spectacular! The quality is amazing, and the material is so soft. Plus its just so freaking cute! I can’t wait to wear this one out and about. And how cute will this sweater be on a cooler summer night with shorts and white shoes!
What I learned from my first ever Amazon clothing haul…my husbands in trouble because it just got a lot easier for me to shop with free shipping! Jk, but only kinda.
